When Wendy was initially recommended to help me find a house for my daughter, I asked Wendy for a list of houses for us to view.  To test Wendy out, I skipped over the houses that had been renovated already, picking one that I felt may be the best deal.   I was pleasantly surprised to meet an agent that had extensive home building knowledge and a vision on how to modernize older, solid homes.   As we went through the house, her observations lined up with mine, helping me convince my daughter to look past the superficial and focus on the important features of a house, its “bones”.   Wendy passed my real estate agent “litmus test” with flying colors and we worked together to eventually find a house for my daughter with a solid foundation, in a great neighbourhood and with lots of potential.
